“ First trip today but definitely won't be the last. We went for the Easter trail, spent a lot longer than I would normally do as it was very well thought out and hands on. Afterwards we had lunch in the cafe, despite being very busy they didn't take long to accommodate us or feed us. The food was slightly higher in price but that was certainly worth it just for the quality. Would recommend, and will be back. The shop was a treasure trove with an incredible butcher's, deli counter and outside plant shop. All in all a fantastic trip out that all of us enjoyed made even better by the wonderful friendly staff. ”
“ We had a table for 8 and the food, staff and service was excellent, the farm shop had some amazing produce and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended ”
“ Visited for their lambing experience which was amazing, loads of cute newborn lambs to cuddle and hold, we also saw a lamb giving birth which again was amazing. We have visited the restaurant a few times and the food is spot on, breakfast was lovely, butchers sausage was delicious and the black pudding is probably the best iv ever had. The kids meals are well portioned and always go down a treat. ”
“ Was a really pleasant experience. Fantastic food and coffee. I really liked the cake. ”
“ Great spot for breakfast, prize winning farm shop with a huge selection of goodies. Worth a visit ”
“ My son and I had breakfast here and we enjoyed it. It was a nice change to hear the sheep outside, this is a cafe with a farm shop so we had a browse. I'll definitely visit again. ”
“ Been wanting to visit the Lambing Shed for a while now, finally went last week. It has a lovely, but rather expensive farm shop that sells a wide variety of things! A deli counter, a butcher, fresh bread, gifts for people and pets! We didn’t mind the price of things, just forewarning visitors! We had lunch in the cafe, again that wasn’t cheap for ‘lunch’ .. Overall a nice place to go for a lovely lunch! ”
“ Brilliant food in the cafe , really top quality . Had the beef and mushroom pie which was so tasty . My wife had chicken wrap . Lovely again . Next time must try the hake which looked fantastic . Lovely farm shop attached with deli and butchers which again all looked so good ! Also nice play area for children . Well worth a visit and will be returning very soon . ”
